Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using gOOOvy ("the Service"), operated by Plocamium Holdings LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

gOOOvy is a paid subscription service that automatically replies to incoming Google Voice text messages via the Gmail API. The Service requires a Google account with Google Voice and an active paid subscription.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must have a valid Google account with Google Voice enabled.

4. Account and Google Authorization

You authorize us to access your Gmail account solely for the purpose of reading Google Voice text notifications and sending auto-reply emails.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
You may revoke our access at any time via Google Account Permissions.
One subscription covers one Google account and one Google Voice number.

5. Subscription and Billing

The Service requires an active paid subscription, billed monthly ($9/mo) or annually ($90/yr) via Stripe.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
You may cancel at any time from the Billing portal in your dashboard. Service continues until the end of the current billing period.
No refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will not be affected until their next renewal.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose
Attempt to bypass subscription requirements or payment
Share your account credentials or subscription with others
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
Use the Service in violation of Google's Terms of Service

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party providers (Google APIs, AWS, Stripe) and may be affected by their availability. We are not liable for missed or delayed auto-replies.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if continued service is impractical. You may terminate your account by canceling your subscription and contacting us to request data deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
