Payment and Refund Policy

1. Pricing

gOOOvy is offered on two plans:

  • Monthly: $8.99 per month, billed monthly.
  • Yearly: $89.99 per year ($7.50 per month equivalent, 17% savings vs. monthly), billed annually up front.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required.

2. Payment processor

Web payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number; Stripe handles card data per PCI DSS. iOS in-app purchases are processed by Apple under Apple's terms.

3. Billing cycle and renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You will be charged the then-current price on each renewal date. We send a renewal reminder before annual renewals.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the Billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to paid features until that date. There are no cancellation fees.

5. Refund eligibility

Monthly plan: Monthly charges are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access through the period end and are not charged again.

Yearly plan: You may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the original or renewal charge. Refunds outside this window are at our discretion, considering factors such as service usage and whether the charge resulted from a billing error.

Service outages: If gOOOvy experiences a sustained outage that materially prevents the Service from functioning for more than 24 consecutive hours, you may request a prorated credit on your next invoice.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, your subscription enters a grace period of up to seven (7) days. Auto-replies continue during this time. If the payment is not resolved by the end of the grace period, the subscription is cancelled and auto-replies stop. You can resubscribe at any time.

7. Refund requests

Email info@plocamium.com with your subscription email address and the reason for the request. We respond within two (2) business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

8. Disputes and chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account termination.

9. Price changes

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes do not affect the current billing period. You may cancel before the change takes effect if you do not accept the new price.
