What is gOOOvy?
gOOOvy automatically replies to Google Voice text messages when you're away. Connect your Google account, set your schedule and custom message, and the service handles the rest. Replies are sent as SMS through Google Voice.
How does it work?
gOOOvy monitors your Gmail for incoming Google Voice text notifications using Gmail push notifications. When a text arrives and your OOO is active, it automatically sends your configured reply via Gmail, which Google Voice delivers as an SMS.
How much does it cost?
$8.99/month billed monthly, or $89.99/year ($7.50/month — save 17%). No contracts, no setup fees, no hidden charges. Cancel anytime from your billing portal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from the Billing portal in your dashboard. Your service stays active until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
What happens if my payment fails?
Your account enters a grace period where auto-replies continue working temporarily. If the payment issue is not resolved, the subscription will be canceled and auto-replies will stop. You can resubscribe at any time.
What Google permissions are required?
gOOOvy requests read-only access to your Gmail inbox (to detect incoming Google Voice texts) and send access (to send auto-replies). We do not read, store, or share any message content beyond what's needed to process replies.
Do I need a Google Voice number?
Yes. gOOOvy works specifically with Google Voice text messages delivered to your Gmail inbox. You need an active Google Voice number with text forwarding to Gmail enabled. Make sure the Google account you sign in with is the same one registered to your Google Voice number.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is stored in AWS DynamoDB with encryption at rest. OAuth tokens are stored securely and only used to interact with Gmail on your behalf. All communication uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. We comply with Google's API Services User Data Policy including Limited Use requirements.
Is gOOOvy HIPAA compliant?
gOOOvy does not handle protected health information (PHI) and HIPAA does not apply to our service. Auto-replies are simple text messages — no medical records, diagnoses, or patient data are transmitted or stored. We still take security seriously with encryption at rest and in transit across all data.
Can I use gOOOvy with multiple Google Voice numbers?
Each subscription covers one Google account and one Google Voice number. If you have multiple numbers, you would need a separate subscription for each.
What is the Breakthrough List?
The Breakthrough List lets you specify contacts who should NOT receive your OOO auto-reply. Texts from these numbers come through silently — perfect for family, your boss, or anyone you don't want getting an automated response.
What are VIP contacts?
VIP contacts let you set custom auto-reply messages for specific phone numbers. For example, you could give your boss a different reply than your default OOO message, or send key clients a personalized response with alternative contact info.
Can I revoke access to my Google account?
Yes, at any time. Go to your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove gOOOvy. Auto-replies will stop immediately. You can reconnect by signing in again.

Payment Terms

Pricing

gOOOvy is available at two price points: $8.99 USD per month (billed monthly) or $89.99 USD per year ($7.50/month equivalent, billed annually).

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store your payment card details — Stripe handles all payment data in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

Billing Cycle

Your subscription begins on the date of your first payment and renews automatically each month on the same date. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, your account will enter a grace period during which auto-replies will continue to function. Stripe will attempt to retry the charge. If the payment issue is not resolved, your subscription will be canceled automatically.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing portal in your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Your service remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time in the current period
  • Your OOO auto-replies will be disabled at the end of the billing period

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription payments. If you believe you were charged in error, contact info@plocamium.com within 7 days of the charge.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email before any price change takes effect.
