End-User License Agreement

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the gOOOvy service ("Service"), you agree to this End-User License Agreement ("EULA") and the gOOOvy Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. License grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Plocamium Holdings LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own out-of-office auto-reply needs.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or content that violates applicable law.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Circumvent the Service's authentication, rate limiting, or billing.
4. Account and data
You are responsible for the security of your Google account credentials and the accuracy of any information you provide. We process your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Subscription, payment, and refunds
Paid features require an active subscription. Billing details and our refund stance are described in the Payment and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference.
6. Service availability
We provide the Service on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may schedule maintenance windows, fix bugs, or make backwards-incompatible changes with reasonable notice.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this EULA. You may cancel at any time as described in the Payment and Refund Policy.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
In no event will Plocamium Holdings LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
11. Changes
We may update this EULA from time to time. We will post the updated text at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
